Under EU law you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without giving a reason.

Unopened products: return within 14 days for a full refund (you cover return postage unless the item was faulty). [Confirm.]
Opened products: food supplements are sealed goods. For health and hygiene reasons, opened/unsealed products may be exempt from the right of return — [confirm exact policy with your lawyer]. We will always resolve faulty or damaged orders.
