Use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal. Identify the order or the part of the order you wish to withdraw from. No account, reason or prior authorisation is required. We send an immediate email receipt and show a downloadable copy. Please read “Withdrawal & returns” for deadlines and return instructions.

Submitting a notice is not an automatic refund. We process refunds under the withdrawal policy; the receipt preserves the date and content of your notice. Alternatively, email info@vekovia.store.
