Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts when you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. For a single order delivered separately, it starts with the last item; for regular delivery of goods over a defined period, it starts with the first delivery.

You may use the model form below or the online “Withdraw from contract” function, but neither is compulsory. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient. No prior approval or return authorisation is required.

Refunds and return of goods

If you withdraw, we reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. Extra costs of a more expensive delivery option you selected are excluded. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. We may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us, to FOREST FENCE EOOD at DICHO PETROV STR., BL. 42, ENT. B, APT. 14, Smolyan, Bulgaria, unless we give you another return address. Sending the goods within the deadline is sufficient. You bear the direct return postage for a change-of-mind withdrawal. We bear necessary return costs for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Contact info@vekovia.store for practical return arrangements; contacting us is not a condition for your withdrawal.

You are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, and only where the applicable legal requirements are met.

Sealed goods and statutory rights

The statutory withdrawal exception for sealed goods applies only where the goods are genuinely unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and their seal was removed after delivery. Opening an outer shipping carton alone does not trigger this exception. It does not affect rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
