Seller and scope

These terms apply to consumer orders of Vekovia food supplements from FOREST FENCE EOOD, UIC 204906607, DICHO PETROV STR., BL. 42, ENT. B, APT. 14, Smolyan, Bulgaria. Contact: info@vekovia.store.

Ordering and contract

Product descriptions are an invitation to place an order. Select a product, quantity and one-time purchase or subscription, check the cart, and enter delivery and payment details in Shopify checkout. You can correct details before submitting the payment-obligation order button.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received it; acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil the order, we inform you and release the payment authorisation or refund any amount collected. The agreed order details are provided by email; please retain them and these terms. Orders can be placed in English, Bulgarian or German.

Prices and payment

The total price, currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you place a binding order. Consumer prices include applicable VAT. Available payment methods are shown in checkout. We do not receive or store full payment-card details; payment providers process them. A payment may first be authorised and subsequently captured.

A subscription gives a 15% discount on the corresponding one-time product price. Delivery charges, if applicable, are separate. The checkout shows the recurring price and frequency before you agree.

Subscriptions

The current subscription renews with billing and delivery every 30 days until cancelled. There is no minimum number of renewals and no cancellation fee. Cancel future renewals at any time before the next charge through “Cancel subscription” on this website or by emailing info@vekovia.store. No login is required for the website cancellation form.

Cancellation takes effect on receipt for future, uncharged renewals, unless you specify a later date. It does not remove rights concerning an order already placed, including withdrawal and remedies for defects. We will not retroactively reclaim the subscription discount. Changes to an existing subscription price require your agreement; the current checkout price does not itself amend an existing contract. Your right to terminate for an important reason is unaffected.

Delivery, withdrawal and defects

Our shipping and withdrawal pages explain delivery, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, return costs and refunds. These rights also apply to eligible subscription purchases.

Statutory rights for goods that are defective or not as described remain fully applicable. EU consumers generally have at least two years of statutory protection from delivery, subject to the applicable rules and the nature of the goods. Contact info@vekovia.store for replacement or other applicable remedies, including price reduction or termination where the legal conditions are met. We bear necessary costs of justified defect remedies. Opening a product does not remove your rights regarding a defect. No short reporting deadline in our policies limits these rights.

Product use and responsibility

Vekovia products are food supplements, not medicines or substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Follow the specific label, dosage, storage instructions and warnings for each product. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Keep out of reach of young children.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for injury, fraud, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, defective products, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law

Bulgarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. There is no exclusive Bulgarian court requirement for consumers. Mandatory jurisdiction rules and your right to bring a claim before a competent court remain unaffected. Each language version is intended to give the same rights; no foreign-language version overrides mandatory consumer protections.
