The role of each ingredient.
- Cranberry and pomegranate provide 500 mg of each extract daily, standardised to 40% proanthocyanidins and 40% ellagic acid respectively. Two different fruit-extract profiles, in one routine.
- Vitamin C provides 80 mg per day (100% of the nutrient reference value); zinc provides 5 mg (50%). The cell-protection and immune-function statements refer to these nutrients, not the fruit extracts.
- Compared with Microbiome Complex, this is a narrower botanical selection in two capsules rather than four, without grape seed or a declared fibre ingredient.
